We are actively seeking a motivated and customer focused Inside Sales and Order Desk Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview:
The Inside Sales and Order Desk Administrator will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing backup for the Order Desk. This position involves a blend of inside sales responsibilities (approximately 70%) and Order Desk administration (approximately 30%).
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales (70%):
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, maximizing revenue and market share growth.
- Engage with potential customers, address inquiries, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any concerns or issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining insights into their preferences and feedback to improve our products and services.
- Focus on building a portfolio of customers to encourage regular purchases, acting as their dedicated account manager.
- Product Knowledge and Recommendations:
- Deepen product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations, assisting customers in making informed product selections.
- Leverage understanding of our product portfolio, including private labels, to guide customers and influence their purchasing decisions.
- Order Processing and Management:
- Handle order processing efficiently, ensuring accurate entry, order fulfillment coordination, and timely delivery to customers, along with effective customer care resolutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to monitor order status and proactively address any order-related concerns.
Order Desk (30%):
- Order Processing and Management:

- Invoicing and Credits:
- Complete all invoicing
- Review and issue sales/sales return credits
- Filing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field and/or applicable work experience.
- Proven experience in inside sales, or a related role, with a focus on customer interactions and product recommendations.
- Knowledge of online retail platforms such as WooCommerce, Amazon, Instacart, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, and RED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and effectively address customer inquiries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage customer interactions and sales activities simultaneously.
- Self-driven with a passion for sales and the ability to initiate and develop necessary marketing activities to support business growth.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Previous experience with ERP systems is considered an asset.
