Canglow Windows & Doors is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Edmonton.
This is a full-time, in-office position where you’ll play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly — from processing orders to coordinating with sales, installation teams, and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit and manage orders to production
- Track and control order progress to ensure timelines are met
- Communicate with sales managers and installation crews
- Handle incoming service requests from customers
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Support the Office Manager with day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with manufacturing facilities and suppliers
Requirements
- Strong English skills (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in the windows & doors industry (1+ year) is a strong asset
- High attention to detail — accuracy in orders is critical
- Confident computer skills (Microsoft Office and general office tools)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
