Your future role on our team
Join BBA’s Leadership, Change and Culture team and play a central role in strengthening leadership capability, team effectiveness and organizational performance. As an Advisor, Design and Organizational Effectiveness, you’ll combine human-centered design, facilitation skills and organizational effectiveness practices to help leaders and teams navigate complexity, align around priorities and achieve meaningful results.
Working alongside consultants and senior leaders, you’ll design leadership development experiences, facilitate strategic conversations, conduct organizational assessments, and translate insight into action. You’ll also help create scalable learning solutions, innovative tools and practical interventions that improve leadership effectiveness and organizational capability. This role offers the opportunity to influence high-impact initiatives, contribute to thought leadership, and shape the future of leadership development and organizational effectiveness across diverse client environments.

- Design and develop leadership programs, learning experiences, facilitation guides and participant tools
- Support consulting engagements through experience design, diagnostics and intervention development

Summary of certifications and job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in adult education, leadership, business, OD/HR or a related field; master’s degree preferred
- From 8 to 10 years of experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness and/or development, consulting and facilitation
- Strong systems thinking, organizational diagnosis and facilitation capabilities
- Experience advising senior leaders and multi-stakeholder groups
- Strong communication, storytelling, visualization and insight translation skills
- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
- Advanced Spanish skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in South America; you may need to use Spanish occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Asset: experience with coaching, leadership assessments, change management approaches and AI-enabled learning tools

- Annual base salary from $135,000 to $196,000
