Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Truck Accessory Installer to join our team. Knowledge and experience of 12V electrical, truck accessories, and van upfitting is preferred.
This role involves installing a variety of accessories on light duty trucks and cargo vans, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Install accessories such as lighting, service bodies, truck caps, shelving, ladder racks, toolboxes, and wiring of inverters and other electrical accessories.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper installation procedures are followed.
- Perform maintenance on installed accessories to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks on completed installations to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Assist in heavy lifting of truck accessories and components as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Operate forklift as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- General hand tool experience is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is required.
