Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Electronics Restoration Driver/Technician to join our team. This role involves transporting electronic devices for restoration, performing technical repairs, and troubleshooting a variety of consumer electronics. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, familiarity with multiple operating systems, and hands-on experience with computer hardware and mobile devices. This position offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about electronics repair and technology.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday with occasional work during the weekend.
- Hours and workload may change depending on season
Requirements Include:
- 6 years of driving experience.
- Clean driving record (Abstract).
- Restoration work experience is an asset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Customer Service skills - Providing "high touch" service to our clients.
- Working knowledge of basic PC operations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
- Exhibit a professional, neat, and clean appearance.
- Ability to lift maximum 55 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving abstract and ability to drive cube vans.
- Successfully complete a criminal background check
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Travel to customers homes to properly inventory, sort, and pack electronics content items from the home to deliver to the warehouse.
- Follows all correct procedures and guidelines per training protocols. Correctly prepares all paperwork for signatures.
- Disassemble and clean various content items.
- Deliver and reset electronics content within a home or business.
- Follow established company safety guidelines.
- Keep track of work hours and work duties.
- Display initiative and desire to learn new skills.
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
