We invite applications for a full-time Admission Officer role, reporting to the Executive Director, Enrolment Management.
The Admission Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of prospective students and families through the full enrolment lifecycle, from inquiry and application to enrolment and onboarding. Serving as an ambassador for the College, the Admission Officer develops meaningful relationships with prospective families, educational consultants, feeder schools, and community partners while guiding applicants through the admissions process.
The successful candidate is a highly organized, relationship-oriented professional who combines exceptional communication skills with strong administrative, customer service, and data management skills. This individual will contribute to achieving annual enrolment goals while supporting student retention and family engagement initiatives.
The Admission Officer will create engaging experiences for prospective students and families through campus tours, student shadow days, interviews, information sessions, and recruitment events. The role also supports admissions programming, applicant data management, enrolment reporting, marketing and communications initiatives, and the College's representation at local, national, and international recruitment events.
Key Qualifications & Attributes:

A relevant university degree is required.
- Experience in admissions, enrolment management, recruitment, sales, customer service, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, AI-enabled productivity tools, and database/CRM systems.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an independent school, boarding school, or educational environment.
- Familiarity with enrolment management platforms such as Finalsite, Blackbaud, OpenApply, Slate, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of enrolment management principles, student recruitment strategies, and admissions best practices.
- Experience with event planning, public speaking, and domestic and/or international recruitment.
- Additional language proficiency is considered an asset.

The salary for this position is dependent on qualifications and experience and will range from $74,275 to $84,650.
