We are looking for a positive, energetic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of barista/bartender to help provide a unique and memorable experience to all of our guests at our 600 Bloor St W.
This position will be more focused on barista with a supporting role to our bartending team. While barista will be the main focus bartnding experience will be consider an asset. Availability to work Thursday-Sunday will be required.

Responsibilities

Maintain familiarity with the content of all menu items available/unavailable, rotating menu items

Maintain familiarity with the content of the games library, retail
-
Prepare coffee and tea program beverages in a sanitary and accurate manner
-
Pour beer, wine and prepare mixed drinks and cocktails in a sanitary and accurate manner according to the orders received

Maintain order and stock for canned beer and cider, wine and alcohol
-
Provide service support to floor staff with peripheral products, such as pastries, soda and water service

Be mindful of safety and handling of hot beverages

Assist fellow team members when needed

Complete regular opening and closing duties

Follow all systems in place

Assist customers with drink and food selection
Skills

Knowledge of drink recipes
