Roofing Service Foreman/Technician

We are seeking Roofing Service Foremen/Technician to join our Company in Beautiful Kelowna, B.C.
In this role, you will be responsible for completing high quality inspections and creating reports as well as performing maintenance work and alterations to both commercial and residential roofing systems. You will be overseeing on-site operations including production, safety and client communications ensuring all are handled professionally.
Compensation:
- $40-50/hr (pay determined according to experience level)
- Plus, a $1000 sign-on bonus after 6 months of successful employment
- Overtime pay at a rate of 1.5x after 8 hours daily.
- Full vacation and statutory holiday pay, paid bi-weekly
- Performance Bonuses may be available at the discretion of management.

Production Foreman Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate safely all work assigned to you in your role as roofing service tech/foreman in both commericial and residential working environments.
- Read and interpret project document and specifications for roofing service operations.
- Manage administration activities, including timekeeping, material and equipment use and safety documentation.
