Growing framing carpentry company requires 3 people to join our successful business. The best applicants will have some framing/carpentry experience with interest in becoming a leader of a crew within 5 years. We have a distinct path to lead you from the starting position to the crew leader by taking the necessary steps along the way. We build houses from the foundation up. We do roofs, backing and the framing of the walls/floor.
We offer over 80 hours every two weeks with the opportunity to get overtime. We have raises twice a year. We offer bonuses and some benefit payments once the grace period is completed. We are a medium sized company with guaranteed contracts at least a year out.
This job includes heavy lifting and working with a lot of battery powered tools.
Required safety equipment: boots, helmet, glasses, warm clothes for winter weather, gloves.
Should have at heights training( fall protection card) must be able to legally work in Canada
