Van Dolder’s Custom Exteriors is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our growing team as a Sales Administrator/Customer Service Representative. This position is based out of our Owen Sound showroom, but services customers throughout Grey, Bruce and Simcoe counties.

Like everyone in the Home Team, the successful candidate must take pride in the work they do. On top of a strong work ethic, this position requires the following duties:
- Organize and distribute sales leads as they come into the Owen Sound location
- Answer phone calls and assist in directing customers to Sales Representatives or other departments as required
- Lead customers around the showroom or direct them to the person or department they are looking for
- Respond to phone inquiries about products or pricing as required
- Assist Sales Representatives in following up on quotes and orders
Salary: Starting wage of $25–$27 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, and other considerations.

Van Dolder’s Custom Exteriors is an established custom exteriors business in Southern Ontario that has been proudly family-owned and operated for over 60 years. We specialize in the sales and installation of siding, windows, doors, garage doors, decking, sunrooms and more! We operate two village-style showrooms, one in Owen Sound and one in Collingwood, that are packed with model homes outfitted with the latest products and technology in the custom exteriors industry.
