The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaners to join our team on an up to6-month contract, with the potential for extension or transition into a longer-term opportunity.
You’ll be working in clients’ homes throughout the Kamloops area, delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services either independently or alongside another cleaner.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously, takes pride in their work, and values building trust with clients.
What You’ll Do
- Perform residential cleaning services including:
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- General tidying and upkeep
- Follow client-specific instructions and preferences
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Travel between client homes within the Kamloops region
- Communicate professionally with clients when required
- Care for and transport cleaning supplies provided by the company
What We’re Looking For
- Experience cleaning residential homes
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Trustworthy, reliable, and respectful in client homes
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Comfortable building positive relationships with clients
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to transport cleaning supplies between job sites
- Clear Criminal Record Check
Working Conditions
- Work takes place in private homes throughout the Kamloops area
- Work may be performed independently or with another cleaner
- Physical work including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks
Compensation & Contract Details
- 6-month contract with multiple openings
- Opportunity for extension or transition into a longer-term role
- $18.50 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.68 per kilometre
