This position is for an afternoon shift - 2:00pm - 10:30pm TEAM LEAD
The team lead will ensure the afternoon shift deliverables are met with no product damage or errors in picking. Using our automated system, the team lead will confirm all orders are filled accurately and ready for the morning. Experience with using computers is required.
This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, sorting, stocking and de-stuffing containers with Raymond forklifts. Having experience with standing, counterbalance and double reach forklifts is essential.
Unfortunately, at this time, there is no bus service to our area so you reliable car/ride is necessary.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the afternoon shift to ensure accuracy in all orders being completed for the morning
* Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products
· Load and unload freight as directed by Warehouse Manager
· Receive daily work assignments from Warehouse Manager
· Handle bags and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
· Verify accuracy of orders picked
· Stage and securely pack products
· Palletize cases, wrap and load skids onto trailers
· Label and count the pallets
· Scan the labels at receiving, moving and picking
· Safely operate various power equipment including counterbalance forklift, narrow aisle reach, double reach & electric pallet jacks

REQUIRED Qualifications:
· TEAM LEAD Warehouse experience - REQUIRED
· Forklift & Reach Truck experience – minimum 1 year of experience
- WHMIS & TDG certifications helpful
- Ability to use a computer and crossdock programs
