We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative with Control Valve & Automation experience to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities:
· Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling:
o Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings as well as their applications in various industries.
o Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers by explaining product specifications, features, and benefits.
o Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the marketplace.
· Order Processing and Coordination:
o Manage customer orders from quote to delivery, ensuring accurate order entry, pricing, and product availability.
o Collaborate with the operations, inventory, and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
o Generate and send quotes, process orders, and ensure proper documentation for invoicing.
o Address any discrepancies or issues with orders promptly and work with internal teams to resolve them.
· Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with the outside sales team to support ongoing projects and sales strategies.
o Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss targets, challenges, and opportunities.
o Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, product feedback, and market trends to improve lead generation and sales strategies.
· Administrative Tasks:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales progress, and product inventory.
o Assist in preparing and sending sales-related correspondence, such as product literature, quotations, and order confirmations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Education and Experience:
o High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
o Experience selling technical products, such as valves, control valve, automation, steam fittings, or similar components.
o 3-5 years of sales experience in automation, control systems, or valve technology.
o Industrial experience in oil and gas, power generation, water treatment, or chemical processing is a plus.
· Technical Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of control valves, actuators, and industrial automation.
o Familiarity with valve selection, sizing, and process control applications.
· Organization and Communication:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical products to customers.
o Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
o Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
o Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Professionalism:
o Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge and industry trends.
o A positive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
o Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales tools, techniques, and products.
· Physical Requirements:
o Ability to sit or stand for long periods and use office equipment, such as computer, phone, and printer.

Work Schedule:
· This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday in office.
· Occasional evening, weekend, or overtime work may be required for completion of special projects or to meet increased business needs, at the discretion of management.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
