Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Office Manager to oversee and manage the administrative operations, customer service, and assist the Operations Manager with reporting tasks. The Office Manager is the front line of Joe and Sons and will be responsible to ensure phones are always answered. You play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office procedures, coordinating office activities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the management team. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Accounting experience is a must.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in an office or administrative setting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll, and vendor management systems
- Strong front desk skills with excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Extensive office experience including clerical tasks, filing systems, and administrative support
- Human resources knowledge with experience in onboarding and employee recordkeeping
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Team management capabilities with a focus on training & development
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office technology tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear internal and external correspondence
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
