Partnerships Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Partnerships Manager for a 24-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Partnerships Manager - Job Description:
This role involves managing and expanding the bank's retail partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for stakeholder management, business development, and ongoing relationship growth within the Customer Segments team. The project focuses on strategic partnership management in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.
Partnerships Manager - Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of Everyday Banking Partnerships
- Manage expenses, sponsorships, internal & external partnerships, and events
- Expand the existing network and deepen existing partner relationships
- Work with product managers and cross-functional departments to facilitate partnership opportunities
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to inform goals and design value propositions
- Launch strategies and campaigns to activate key partnerships
Partnerships Manager - Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategy/Product background
- Management or strategy education background
- Experience in Partnerships, Segments, or Strategy within an FI
- Retail banking experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
