TMZ Veterinary Clinic is a very busy, multiple-doctor practice that is growing, and we are looking to add three full-time Veterinary Customer Service Representatives to our team.
We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, outgoing individuals who genuinely enjoy working with people and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced, highly rewarding position where no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing
Our customer service representatives are an essential part of ensuring every client and patient has a positive experience at TMZ Veterinary Clinic. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and providing warm, professional customer service
- Answering a busy multi-line phone system
- Taking and accurately communicating messages
- Booking and managing appointments
- Processing medication requests
- Booking surgeries and other procedures
- Preparing estimates
- Preparing and organizing patient files
- Completing client callbacks and follow-ups
- Managing administrative duties efficiently and accurately
- Using multiple computer programs and systems simultaneously
- Prioritizing competing demands while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Working closely with doctors, technicians, assistants, and other team members
- Adapting quickly and pivoting when priorities change
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Is energetic, outgoing, friendly, and highly motivated
- Has a strong customer-service-first approach
- Can remain calm, organized, and professional in a very fast-paced environment
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is highly computer literate and comfortable learning and using multiple computer programs
- Can efficiently prioritize and manage a busy workload
- Is flexible and able to adapt quickly throughout the day
- Is reliable, dependable, and works well as part of a team
- Takes pride in providing exceptional service to clients
- Understands the importance of respect, professionalism, and trust in the workplace
Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic is a great asset, and a Veterinary Office Administrative certificate is an asset but not required.

Schedule
We are looking for three full-time team members with a flexible schedule.
- Monday–Friday: Clinic hours are 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Occasional Saturday shifts on a rotating basis are required.
