DH Supply Chain is a self-run warehousing company specializing in overseas warehouses in Canada. Our company has 16 years of service experience, mainly providing one-stop service for cross-border e-commerce sellers, integrating professional overseas warehouse service, customs clearance service, logistics warehousing service, and truck transportation service in North America, and guaranteeing to provide customers with 24-hour service throughout Canada.
We are now looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with data entry and updates, coordinating with warehouse team members to ensure smooth order processing, and supporting both digital and physical documentation control. The position is also involved in general operations support tasks to help ensure efficient and organized warehouse workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Assist in entering and updating warehouse inventory data to ensure accuracy.
- Coordination: Communicate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth order processing.
- Compliance: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all warehouse documentation.
- Operations Support: Assist with other office and warehouse duties as assigned to support daily warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Education: College diploma or higher .
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics is an asset.
- Technical Skills: familiarity in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with WMS or ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, Responsible and reliable with strong work ethics, Good teamwork and communication skills
Schedule: Day shift
Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Mandarin is MUST, English is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
