Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product or service information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details
- Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Engage in sales activities including upselling products or services to enhance customer experience
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions for future reference
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Punjabi is highly desirable
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solution
