Montorio Homes is searching for a New Home Sales Associate to help support our Beaumont show home in S.W. Edmonton:
Are you an excellent communicator who is outgoing and likes helping people? Montorio Homes is looking for a service focused individual to assist our Area Managers in various show homes.
You would assist with contract administration, reporting, and minor upkeep of the show home and signs, and inform walk-in customers about home features, pricing, and the purchasing process.
You would work out of our show homes from 2:45 to 8:00 pm, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and 11:45 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday, Sunday, and Statutory holidays.
You would be reporting into the Area Sales Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
· Access to a vehicle is needed to travel to various show homes across the city and surrounding areas.
· The successful applicant should be organized and excel at administrative tasks, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and computer administration.
· MINIMUM ONE YEAR experience as a New Home Sales Host/Associate is required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
· The hourly rate is $19.00/hr, plus commission for each homes sale in the area. Are New Home Sales Associates make over 55K per year and up. This is a great income opportunity for a position that works 30 hours per week. You would also be entitled to vacation pay, personal days, employee benefits, RRSP matching, and more.
