Chiropractic Assistant / Care Advocate
We’re looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant / Care Advocate to join our pediatric, prenatal, and family-focused chiropractic clinic.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and create an exceptional experience
- Answer phones, book appointments, and manage JANE
- Check patients in/out and process payments
- Perform trained Insight Scans and upload results accurately
- Prepare Progress Exams and patient materials
- Manage reminders, cancellations, follow-ups, and ICBC admin
- Maintain privacy, organization, cleanliness, and smooth clinic flow
- Support the chiropractor with clear patient handoffs
We’re looking for someone who is warm, professional, organized, proactive, tech-comfortable, coachable, and great with families.
Previous chiropractic or healthcare experience is an asset, but training is provided.
