Practice & Client Experience Coordinator (Part-Time)

Approximately 10 hours/week to start (with opportunity to grow)

KORR Performance and Psychotherapy is looking for a Practice & Client Experience Coordinator to help support our growing practice.

This role is much more than answering phones. You'll become an important part of a team that's changing lives while gaining valuable experience inside a modern private practice.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming and communicating with clients
- Scheduling appointments through Jane App
- Assisting with social media and community outreach
- Creating newsletters and marketing materials using Canva
- Helping coordinate workshops and programs
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Finding new ways to improve the client experience

This opportunity is especially well suited for students or recent graduates in psychology, psychotherapy, social work, kinesiology, communications, marketing, or related fields who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a growing private practice.
The position begins at approximately 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and the opportunity for increased hours as the practice grows.
