Reporting to the Integrated Operations Superintendent, you will be part of the Integrated Operations Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports that drive operational performance and visibility across the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC);

Partner closely with dispatchers, planners, operators, and site leadership to understand operational challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions;

Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities for productivity, reliability, and efficiency improvements;

Support mine-to-mill optimization by providing insights into drill & blast performance, material movement, crusher performance, inventory management, and blending strategies;

Manage data, reporting, and systems projects from concept through implementation, including stakeholder engagement, testing, training, and adoption;
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical discipline;

Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, or similar analytics platforms;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with trend analysis, root cause analysis, and performance improvement initiatives;

Experience working with mining, industrial, manufacturing, or operational data environments is considered a strong asset;

Familiarity with fleet management systems, historians, maintenance systems, or operational technology (OT) data sources is an asset.
Compensation Statement
In accordance with applicable legislation, the expected compensation includes base salary and potential bonus opportunity. Your individual pay will reflect your skills and experience while remaining competitive within the local market.
