Sales Associate – Pioneer Motor Group Maple Ridge
Pioneer Motor Group Maple Ridge is looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right vehicle, build relationships, follow up on dealership-provided leads and actively generate your own leads through networking, referrals and prospecting efforts. We provide training, mentorship and excellent earning potential with opportunities for career growth.
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and self-motivated
Ability to generate and follow up on sales leads
Sales experience is an asset but not required
Valid BC driver's license
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: Commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
No automotive experience? No problem. We provide training for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
