Responsibilities
- Perform drywall repairs and touch-ups.
- Apply Level 5 finishes when required.
- Inspect completed work for quality and correct deficiencies.
- Protect finished surfaces and maintain clean work areas.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to use drywall tools and equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg), standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with residential new-home construction.
