Wildflower Early Years Centre is currently seeking dedicated Early Childhood Educators/Associates/Interns (ECE 1/2/3s) to join us!
At Wildflower Early Years, you will play a vital role in the development and well-being of children under your care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and engaging children in educational activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Implementing age-appropriate learning experiences and activities based on children's interests and developmental stages.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment in accordance with licensing regulations and our commitment to quality care.
- Collaborating with other staff members and parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met.

Requirements:
- Certification as an Early Childhood Educator/Associate/Intern (ECE 1/2/3), as per provincial requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development.
- Developing and implementing lesson plans in collaboration with the Director and other team members.
- Evaluating and documenting children's progress to support individualized learning goals.
- We are currently unable to provide sponsorship for PR.

Pay: $19.00-$33.12 per hour
