We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide exceptional IT support across our organization. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, including computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Resolve software problems related to Microsoft Office, operating systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Configure and maintain computer networking equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Support software deployment, updates, and troubleshooting for various applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain documentation of common issues and solutions to improve support efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, firewall configuration, and VPN access.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues related to Microsoft Office and other common enterprise applications.
- Understanding of computer hardware components and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.

Pay: $27.42-$38.80 per hour
