Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Skills: - Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest services - Bilingual skills (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse guests - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems - Knowledge of front desk operations in a hotel setting - Multilingual abilities are a plus. Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
