Job Description:
Grafton Creekside Golf is seeking 2 friendly customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant & Server. This role is multifaceted, combining responsibilities in the pro shop, food and beverage service, and, golf cart beverage service. If you have a passion for golf, enjoy interacting with people, and can handle a variety of tasks with a smile, this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Pro Shop Duties:
- Greet and assist customers with their golfing needs, including tee time bookings, merchandise sales, and rental services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately.
- Provide information about the course, memberships, and upcoming events.
- Food Service:
-Applicants must be comfortable providing table service in a fast-paced clubhouse environment, including taking food and beverage orders, serving meals and alcoholic beverages responsibly, processing payments, and delivering friendly, professional customer service that enhances the overall guest experience.
- Golf Cart Beverage Service:
- Drive the golf cart around the course to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to golfers.
- Provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring a positive experience for all players.
- Uphold all regulations related to alcohol service, including checking IDs.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic food preparation experience is a plus.
- Safe food handling certification is a plus
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses.
