Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks such as, framing, siding installation, and carpentry
- Read and understand construction plans to accurately
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for material handling, site preparation, and structural assembly
- Use hand tools and power tools to install siding, perform restoration work, or complete carpentry tasks with precision
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
- Collaborate with team members to adhere to safety protocols and project timelines while maintaining a clean work environment
Experience
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform physically demanding tasks consistently
