Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager / Estimator at Clarke Construction Inc. in Chatham-Kent, ON. The Project Estimator will be responsible for cost management, construction estimating, communication, project estimation, and budgeting on a day-to-day basis, ensuring accurate and efficient project planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Cost Management, Budgeting, and Project Estimation skills
- Experience in Construction Estimating & Project Management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Relevant certification or degree in a related field
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
