Your responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing or selling a vehicle.
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to generate deals and maintain customer engagement.
- Present relevant offers and opportunities based on customer interests.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and notes in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
