What You’ll Do:
· Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience
· Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests
· Prepare estimates, explain recommended services, and obtain approvals
· Schedule service appointments and manage workflow in the shop
· Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
· Keep customers updated on vehicle status and timelines
· Close repair orders and handle invoicing/payment
· Build strong, long-term customer relationships

What We’re Looking For:
· Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service is as asset
· Strong communication and people skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
· Basic automotive knowledge (tires, maintenance, light repairs)
· Experience with shop management software is an asset
