We’re currently hiring for general labourers with opportunities to move up into site leadership and management roles for those who show initiative and skill.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with landscaping, hardscape, and excavation tasks
- Operate tools and equipment (shovels, compactors, saws, skid steers, etc.)
- Load and unload materials
- Follow safety procedures on job sites
- Support foremen and site leads with various tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Experience in landscaping or construction is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a bonus
- Interest in growing into leadership or site management roles is highly encouraged
