We’re looking for outgoing, confident, and energetic Brand Activation Ambassadors to represent our nightlife and hospitality brands across Toronto!
This is a public-facing promotional role focused on creating awareness, generating sign-ups, promoting upcoming events, and engaging directly with potential guests through street activations, pop-ups, booths, and high-traffic locations throughout the city.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent our nightlife brands at street activations, booths, pop-ups, and promotional events
- Approach and engage people in busy areas throughout Toronto
- Distribute promotional materials
- Encourage guests to sign up for club and event guestlists
- Collect customer information and qualified leads
- Promote upcoming nightlife events, parties, concerts, and special events
- Distribute complimentary beverages, samples, or promotional items when applicable
- Explain guestlist, ticket, VIP, and bottle-service options
- Help create energy and visibility around activation locations
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable presence
- Assist with setup and breakdown of activation booths or promotional displays
- Report activation results, including guestlist sign-ups, leads, and customer interactions

- Able to communicate clearly and represent the brand professionally
Previous experience in brand activations, promotions, nightlife, hospitality, event marketing, sales, street teams, or customer service is an asset but not required.
