Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Windows & Doors Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in various installation techniques. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring that windows and doors are installed correctly and efficiently to meet our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes.
- Install eavestroughs, soffit, fascia and siding.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
- Perform carpentry tasks related to window and door framing.
- Apply caulking and sealing materials to ensure weatherproofing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during installations.
- Communicate with renovation supervisor regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Complete repairs in apartment buildings and tenanted units
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or maintenance person work, with a focus on window and door installation preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for installations.
- Strong skills in carpentry, including framing techniques for windows and doors.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately for precise installations.
- Experience with flooring installation and tile laying is a plus.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Having your "Working at Heights" certificate would be a defenite bonus.
Having the skills for Roofing and other outdoor trades would be a defenite bonus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
