Position Summary
We are seeking an Information Systems Specialist to design, implement, and maintain advanced information systems that support our agricultural technology operations. The role will lead the implementation of advanced information systems and digital infrastructure that improve operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and data management across the organization. This position requires expertise in systems analysis, architecture design, and strategic IT advisory, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT infrastructure.
Duties
- Confer with clients to identify requirements
- Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements
- Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware
- Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in: Enterprise system design, implementation, and integration, Infrastructure management, Cloud services, digital transformation, and cybersecurity, and Mentoring and leadership

Pay: $44.00-$46.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
