JOB TITLE: FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
REPORTING TO: REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE:
The Field Service Technician is a member of our CashTech Team responsible for equipment deployments, installation, and on-going services. A Field Service Technician is a front-line representative for CashTech and responsible to provide professional and courteous customer service with quality workmanship.

Employee Responsibilities:
- Represent CashTech in a professional manner while adhering to customer policies and procedures.
- Interacting with Customers while providing the highest level of service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for first line maintenance of various equipment including but not limited to currency recyclers, drop safes, image scanners, printers, safe and Networked PC’s.
- Diagnose, repair, clean and adjust assemblies or subassemblies, restoring unit to functional standards.
- Adhere to escalation policies to ensure customer's SLA’s are met in a timely manner.
- Consistent, accurate, timely electronic service ticket maintenance.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Communicating with Customer Care Centre’s to relay job status upon completion of service calls.
- Identify business leads and promote growth for the company.
- Assist customers with operation and cleaning procedures.
- Manage trunk inventory with accuracy and complete periodic cycle counts.
Qualifications Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary degree or certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in assembly and/or repair of electro-mechanical components including AC and DC voltages and networked computers.
- Clean criminal record check (to be provided by applicant)
- Valid driver’s license, insured and licensed reliable vehicle is required.
- Must be able to work from detailed documentation and/or verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel or bend for extended periods. May need to stand for several hours at a time.
- Ability to lift a maximum of 75 lbs. There is no lifting overhead however should be able to push upwards.
- Ability to use lift equipment, roll bars, and crowbars.
- Ability to use power tools including but not limited to drills, hammer drills. Minor soldering skills are required.
- Ability use of test equipment including digital multi meter.
- Ability to take standby and call outs on scheduled weekends.
- Comfortable with Microsoft office and cloud-based computing programs.
- Ability to work in a mobile office setting
