Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Labourer to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. This role involves working on various landscaping projects, assisting with site preparation, and hardscaping. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess mechanical knowledge, and be comfortable operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Prior experience in laying interlock and building retaining walls is highly valued. The opportunity for year round employment with our Winter Operations is available to the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Assist with laying interlocking brick and building retaining walls
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet client expectations
- a valid drivers license an asset. The ability to have reliable transportation is key as there is no public transportation in the area
- strong work ethic and attention to detail is required
Experience
- prior experience laying interlocking brick and building retaining walls is required
- experience operating landscape and construction equipment/machinery is a definite asset
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
