Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in office management tasks, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor at the front desk.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Provide clerical support including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information to clients.
- Maintain organization within the office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and areas are tidy.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance customer support experiences.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy and typing proficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or personal assistant positions is advantageous.
