Security Lead Technician
Plan and coordinate security system installations across assigned projects
Lead and supervise installation technicians to ensure scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met
Drive project completion on time and within budget while maintaining company standards
Serve as the senior technical authority on job sites and support Project Managers with execution strategies
Perform advanced, hands-on installation of security systems, including work completed personally and by supervised teams
Ability to perform neat door hardware and component installations with occasional assistance as needed.
Ensure all devices and systems are installed cleanly, correctly, and to company standards
Participate in the basic programming and commissioning of Intrusion, Access Control and Camera systems
Validate system functionality, workmanship quality, and compliance before project closeout
Identify and resolve complex technical issues that arise during installation
Establish accurate installation timelines and task sequencing for assigned teams
Ensure installation work is completed within expected timeframes without sacrificing quality
Proactively identify risks that could impact schedule, budget, or quality and take corrective action
Enforce best practices to minimize rework and maximize productivity
