Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English are a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $17.60-$17.75 per hour
Education:
