Duties
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of copier, printer, and multifunction office equipment to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, calibration, and parts replacement to extend equipment lifespan.
- Install new office equipment according to schematics and technical specifications, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using hand tools and mechanical knowledge to quickly identify root causes.
- Manage network connectivity issue
- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
Experience
- Proven experience working with copier, printer, or other office equipment repair or maintenance roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and basic computer networking principles relevant to office devices.
- Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and low voltage electrical systems used in office equipment setups.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple service requests efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward preventative maintenance.
