JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and can effectively manage staff, operations, and financial performance. The Outlet Manager will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance.

Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in restaurant, bar, or hotel food and beverage operations, preferably within a full-service hotel.

Previous experience managing high-volume food and beverage outlets.

Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Strong financial experience managing labour, food and beverage costs, budgets, and revenue.

Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, occupational health and safety, and liquor licensing regulations.

Experience with POS systems, inventory management, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.

Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members and supervisors.

Foster a positive, guest-focused culture that delivers exceptional hospitality.

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and presentation.

Manage labour scheduling, staffing levels, productivity, and payroll in line with business demands.

Control operating expenses through effective inventory management, purchasing, and cost controls.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor licensing regulations.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Banquet team, and other hotel departments to ensure coordinated operations.

Analyze financial reports, sales trends, labour costs, and guest feedback to improve performance.

Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Support special events, group functions, and hotel-wide initiatives as required.

Ensure all opening, closing, cash handling, and security procedures are consistently followed.
