Our Cosmetic Division is dedicated to providing high-quality skincare, aesthetic and body treatments in a professional, welcoming environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Medical Esthetician to join our team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and wellness, has excellent customer service and communication skills, and is comfortable recommending appropriate treatments and skincare products based on individual client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal and other approved laser skin treatments in accordance with training, workplace protocols and applicable requirements.
- Perform microneedling treatments where appropriately trained and authorized.
- Provide facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and body treatments.
- Conduct client consultations and assess clients' skincare needs.
- Recommend appropriate treatments, skincare products and home-care routines.
- Educate clients about treatment procedures, aftercare and expected results.
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
- Follow all health, safety, infection-control and clinic protocols.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Monitor and manage inventory and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Promote and sell skincare products and appropriate treatment packages.
- Follow up with clients and maintain appointment confirmations and scheduling.
- Contribute to a positive, professional and team-oriented clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical esthetics, esthetics or a related field preferred.
- Certification from a recognized/accredited esthetics or medical-esthetics training institution.
- Appropriate training and demonstrated competency in the treatments offered by the clinic.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in skincare, medical aesthetics or wellness.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety.
