Newmont North America operations are located in British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec with roles in operations, projects, and exploration.
We are currently hiring a full-time, remote Advisor, Warranty and Repair & Asset Disposal based in Canada.
You will help maximize asset value and equipment availability across the region by coordinating repair, warranty, and asset disposal activities. Your work ensures critical components are repaired efficiently, warranty opportunities are recovered, and disposal processes are completed safely, compliantly, and cost effectively.

Coordinate end-to-end repair processes for equipment and components.

Process repair and warranty purchase orders through SAP and SAP Ariba.

Administer warranty claims and returns with OEMs, suppliers, and repair vendors.

Support repair versus replacement decisions using cost, risk, and operational considerations.

Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement in repair quality and service.

Coordinate asset disposal requests and ensure compliance with company requirements.

Partner with sites, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide status updates.

Experience in supply chain, maintenance, logistics, procurement, or asset management.

Knowledge of repairable inventory, warranty administration, and asset lifecycle management.

Proficiency with SAP, SAP Ariba, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while building effective working relationships.

You will join a collaborative Supply Chain team supporting regional operations, maintenance teams, suppliers, and repair partners. This is an individual contributor role that works across multiple stakeholders to ensure repair, warranty, and disposal activities are completed efficiently and in alignment with business objectives.
The expected salary range for this role is CAD $ 85,400 - 113,900. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about pay history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
