Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; overtime options may be available.
Work Location: In person; work is completed indoors.
Pay: CA$20.00–CA$30.00 per hour, depending on position and experience.
Available Positions
1. Interior Finishing and Install
Pay: CA$20.00–CA$30.00 per hour, based on experience
We are seeking full-time day applicants for an Interior Finishing and Install role. This position is ideal for someone with experience in cabinet installation, finished carpentry, framing, and a strong eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
· Install cabinets and countertops.
· Install mouldings, including baseboard, crown, casing, and headers.
· Install doors, mirrors, and finished products.
· Support interior finishing work with accuracy, care, and attention to detail.
Requirements:
· Prior experience with cabinet installation, finished carpentry, and framing is preferred.
· Foundational carpentry skills and a positive, dependable mindset are important.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Carpentry experience is an asset; training may be available for the right candidate.
2. Construction Framing
Pay: CA$20.00–CA$28.00 per hour, based on experience
We are looking for an experienced Construction Framer to join our team. This role involves building structures according to blueprints and specifications while working closely with other departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
· Read and interpret blueprints.
· Select, measure, cut, shape, and join wood materials for building frames.
· Build structures according to blueprints and specifications.
· Repair existing frames when needed.
· Add finishes such as paneling and trim to framework.
· Use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and effectively.
· Communicate with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
· Experience in construction framing or a related carpentry role.
· Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications.
· Good math skills and strong attention to detail.
· Critical thinking and multitasking skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication skills.
3. Cabinet Assembly and Joinery
Pay: CA$20.00–CA$30.00 per hour, based on experience
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Assembly and Joinery team member to help build high-quality in-house cabinetry and custom components for our trailers. This role is well suited to someone with woodworking experience, strong attention to detail, and confidence using hand, power, and stationary woodworking equipment.
Responsibilities:
· Select, size, and mill materials.
· Interpret blueprints and follow construction methods.
· Assemble cabinetry and joinery components to a high standard.
· Use finishing materials appropriately.
· Operate hand tools, power tools, and stationary woodworking machinery.
· Assist with installation when required.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
· Ability to interpret blueprints and follow proper construction methods.
· Experience using hand, power, and stationary woodworking tools and machinery.
· Good attention to detail and knowledge of math.
· Ability to work well with others and independently.
· Ability to use, repair, and maintain machines and tools.
· Patience and the ability to remain calm in a busy production environment.
4. Sheet Metal and Exterior Install
Pay: CA$22.00–CA$26.00 per hour
Position Summary: This role focuses on exterior trailer installation and sheet metal work, including sheeting, trim, mouldings, roofing, HVAC components, tires, windows, and awnings. You will work on unique products using formed parts made in-house.
Responsibilities:
· Install exterior sheet metal on trailers
· Install windows, awnings, exterior mouldings, trim, tires, roofing, and HVAC components
· Work with formed metal parts manufactured in-house
· Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately
· Use and maintain tools safely and properly
Qualifications:
· Prior experience working with sheet metal
· Strong measuring and cutting accuracy
· Good knowledge of tool usage and maintenance
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
5. Sheet Metal Parts Fabricator
Pay: CA$20.00–CA$26.00 per hour
Position Summary: Working full-time at our Chilliwack factory, the Sheet Metal Parts Fabricator will build, fabricate, prepare, and assemble aluminum parts used in production.
Responsibilities:
· Assemble and skin doors
· Grind and prepare aluminum frames for powder coating
· Fabricate and prepare various production components
· Line aluminum bays as required
· Support production with accurate part fabrication and assembly
Qualifications:
· Prior experience with sheet metal and parts fabrication
· Knowledge of shear and brake press operations
· Able to work in a self-guided environment
· Sheet metal experience preferred
6. Welder Fabricator
Pay: CA$20.00–CA$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Position Summary: The Welder Fabricator will fabricate various components, trailer frames, and trailer bodies for our custom film industry trailers.
Responsibilities:
· Cut steel and aluminum using saws, grinders, and torches
· Perform MIG steel welding
· Machine and fabricate components
· Read and interpret drawings
· Assist with fabrication of trailer frames, bodies, and related components
· Aluminum welding experience is an asset
Qualifications:
· Prior experience as a welder
· Able to work independently in a self-guided environment
· Metal fabrication experience preferred
· Ability to read drawings and fabricate accurately
