We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned residential and commercial properties
Act as the primary point of contact for owners, boards, tenants, and stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with CMRAO, condominium legislation, and applicable regulations
Oversee maintenance programs, site inspections, and vendor performance
Help prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and expense controls
Coordinate repairs, capital projects, and preventative maintenance
Respond to escalated tenant and owner concerns professionally and efficiently
Supervise and support on-site staff and service providers
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using property management software
Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory: Valid CMRAO General License
Minimum 2–3 years of property management experience
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property management regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
Strong financial, budgeting, and reporting experience
Customer service–driven with a professional and proactive approach
Proficiency with property management software
Preferred to have:
-Bachelor’s degree

-Extroverted, social, and relationship-driven
-Comfortable building and managing long-term client relationships
