Position Summary
We are currently seeking a dependable maintenance employee to support the day-to-day upkeep of our retirement residence. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for seniors.
Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on property and minor repairs (e.g., plumbing, painting, basic electrical, carpentry)
- Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure all safety and maintenance standards are consistently met
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the residence
- Must be willing and able to complete all required training
Pay: $20.00 per hour
