Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster positive relationships
- Understanding of automotive & powersports is an asset
- Social media uploading
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to potential buyers, highlighting benefits and upselling opportunities
- Manage merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize product placement
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide technical information as needed
- Maintain organized sales areas and ensure products are well-stocked and properly displayed
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads
- Support store operations by managing time effectively to meet sales goals and customer needs
Skills
- Strong communication skills for engaging customers, explaining product features, and upselling
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
