Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled
IAM Project Manager to lead an enterprise Identity & Access Management program as part of the integration of two client organizations. This role will oversee the transition from dual identity and temporary account solutions to a sustainable single-identity model, ensuring secure, efficient, and cost-effective access across both environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identity Consolidation & Access Management
- Lead the transition from dual M365 identities and temporary contract accounts to a single, unified identity per user.

Define interim and end-state access requirements to support integrated people management processes.

Establish and document user personas, ensuring all impacted users are mapped to appropriate access profiles.

Map personas to required systems across both client ecosystems to ensure proper access.
- Solution Implementation
- Develop and implement access patterns that reduce to a single M365 identity for authentication and authorization.

Oversee cutover planning and execution to single IdP access patterns.

Manage the decommissioning of Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop accounts/solutions.

Identify and coordinate the decommissioning of unnecessary system access.

- Deliver tangible cost savings by reducing redundant M365 licenses.

Eliminate costs associated with maintaining dual Citrix and Azure Remote Desktop solutions.

Ensure compliance with organizational security and IAM standards.
Deliverables & Focus Areas:
- Defined interim and target-state access requirements.

User persona framework mapped to business systems.

Cutover plan for single identity adoption.

Decommissioning strategy for redundant accounts and virtual desktop solutions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large-scale IAM or Identity Consolidation projects.

Strong understanding of M365 Identity, authentication/authorization models, and IdP solutions.

Familiarity with Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop platforms.

Experience with SailPoint or similar IAM governance tools.

Excellent skills in stakeholder management, change management, and cutover planning.

Ability to deliver measurable business outcomes (e.g., license optimization, cost reduction).
